Mr. Sloan served on the City Council during the 1990s. He is Chairman of Mechanics & Farmers Bancorp, a trustee of TIAA-CREF and CEO of several local businesses including the Sloan Financial Group, NCM Capital Management Group, and NCM Capital Advisers.
