The Chapel Hill - Carrboro Sunrise Rotary Club Rubber Duck Race

The 8th Annual Rubber Duck Race begins at 11:00 am by the Mill House at West Point on the Eno River, Durham, NC.  Winners are determined and announced at the end of the race.  Visitors are welcome!

Duck season is over.  Thank you for purchasing a duck.  Please feel free to attend the race on June 4th.

50% of the proceeds from duck sales are returned to the Durham Jaycees for use in other great service projects that we do.

The Rules of the Race:

Ducks race on the Eno, rain or shine.  You do not need to be present to win.  Prizes are claimed in the order in which the ducks place at the finish line.  First place prize is selected from the eighteen listed.  Second place from the remaining seventeen, etc.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Twenty Great Prizes:

• 7 night/ 8 day stay for you and your guests at a 2 bedroom townhouse condo in Hawaii. The townhouse has 2 full baths, sleeps up to 6, and is ocean view.
• Up Up and Away. You and your guest will be headed up into the sky in a hot air balloon with your personal pilot. You can schedule your flight at any one of 200 Soaring Adventure Centers nationwide.
• Hit the Links in Carolina.  One round of golf for 4 at the Chapel Hill Country Club and another at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary. Green fees and carts provided for both golf courses. Lunch for 4 and f4 dozen golf balls to get you started.
• Krispy Kreme doughnuts for a year. The winner will receive a dozen doughnuts each week for 52 weeks.
